Keycare is not an Airbnb management company. We don't list your property, set your pricing, or talk to your guests. That stays in your control.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you manage my Airbnb listing?
No. You handle the listing, pricing, and guest communication. We handle the property between guests.
What's the commission on my rental income?
None. We charge a flat monthly fee (R2,500 Essential or R4,500 Premium), not a percentage of your rental income. Per-turnover pricing is available for low-volume properties.
What if I only get a few bookings a year?
We offer per-turnover pricing for low-volume rental properties. Get in touch and we'll quote based on your expected booking volume.
Do you work with Booking.com, VRBO, or other platforms?
Yes. The platform you use doesn't matter — we handle the physical work either way. We coordinate via the calendar you share with us.
How quickly can you turn the home around between guests?
We aim for same-day turnover where the schedule allows. Coordinate with us via the booking calendar you share with us, and we'll fit the cleaning window between checkout and check-in.
What if a guest causes damage?
We document the property condition before and after each stay with photos. You handle the damage claim with the guest or platform — we provide the evidence pack.
How do you handle keys and security?
Either physical key handover at a Plett or Knysna pickup point, or smart-lock code coordination if you use one. We don't keep duplicate keys to your property between bookings unless you specifically request it.
Are you insured?
Yes. Keycare carries professional liability and care-custody-and-control cover for client properties.
Where do you operate?
Plett (Plettenberg Bay) and Knysna. We're locally based with permanent staff in both towns.
