We offer two monthly packages and a range of ad-hoc services:

### Essential Care — R2,500/month
- Weekly property inspection (exterior walk-around)
- Check for leaks, storm damage, or break-ins
- Garden irrigation check and basic maintenance
- Pool pump and filter check
- Interior house cleaning every two weeks
- Open/close for service providers
- Photo report after each visit
- Emergency call-out coordination

### Premium Care — R4,500/month
- Everything in Essential Care
- Interior inspection (weekly)
- Full interior house cleaning every week
- Cosmetic paint maintenance — touch-ups, crack repairs, and scuff removal
- Air out rooms and run taps to prevent stagnation
- Pre-arrival preparation (stock groceries, turn on geysers, air conditioning)
- Post-departure close-down and inspection
- Coordinate cleaning and linen services
- Liaise with estate management on your behalf
- Garden and pool service management
- Monthly detailed property condition report
- Priority emergency response
